Why Do I See a Blank Screen When Viewing Cases on My OPSWAT Portal?

If you’re experiencing a blank screen (as shown in the screenshot below) when viewing your submitted cases on my.opswat.com, the issue is most likely related to cookie settings.

This occurs when the cookie policy has not been accepted. Due to recent changes in OPSWAT’s cookie policy, users must explicitly allow cookies for the portal to display content correctly.

Resolution Steps

Scenario 1: Using the “Paint Tray” Icon

  1. Locate the paint tray icon at the bottom left of your page.
