New Features
AI Assistance Control
Organization Administrators can now enable or disable AI assistance within the Portal. This option is designed for customers that have restrictions on interacting with AI-powered services.
When enabled, the AI Assistant continues to provide automated guidance and suggest relevant knowledge base articles.
When disabled, all support requests are routed directly to OPSWAT Support agents.
This setting applies to all users within the organization and its sub-organizations.
Changes apply on the user’s next login.
To configure: Go to My Organization → Security → AI Assistance, then toggle AI Assistance On or Off.
