To keep feedback timely and actionable, you can now rate a support case within 7 days after it’s closed. This helps ensure your input reflects the most recent experience and allows our Customer Experience team to respond and improve more effectively.
Enhancements Simplified Access to OSPWAT Partner Portal
Access to the OPSWAT Partner Portal is now managed at the organization level. If you belong to an organization having Partner Portal access, you can now access Partner Portal without requiring individual partner permission.
