New Features

Details

New "False Detection Submissions" Cases Tab

Following the automated workflow of creating a support case whenever a new false detection report is created, we have now added a new False Detection Submission tab to Support page that lists all false detection cases.

Users can now view real-time case statuses directly from the Support dashboard, providing better visibility and control.

Expanded Support Contacts

For organizations with a Technical Account Manager (TAM) license, assigned TAM details are now displayed under the Your OPSWAT Team section.

For Partners New Partner License Notes

Introducing new Partner Note column in the Customer Licenses page, allowing partners to

  • Attach custom notes to licenses

  • Tag licenses location or internal identifiers (e.g., contract owner, contract ID, reseller reference, etc.)

This new feature helps partners organize customer licenses effectively.

Update password policy

To strengthen user security, we have updated our password expiration policy. Users must now change their password every 180 days. A notification will appear 7 days before expiration to provide advance notice.
