Skip Scan on first upload

Overview

In situations where upload speed is a priority and scan results can be delayed, enabling the "Skip Scan on first upload" option allows files to bypass the initial scan typically performed upon upload.

Files can be scanned at a later time, either manually or through automatically scheduled rescans.

Setup

When creating or updating a local or external user, the "Skip Scan on first upload" option can be configured under the user information tab. This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time, and it will only affect future uploads for that user.
