Reset users' MFA

The RESET MFA option will only appear for users who have already set up the TOTP client application.

Steps

If you want to reset a user's MFA due to a user request or any other reason, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the three dots next to the user's name, and select "Reset MFA" from the options.
  1. Confirm the action when prompted.

Upon completion of this process, users will need to reconfigure their TOTP client.
