Reset users' MFA
The RESET MFA option will only appear for users who have already set up the TOTP client application.
Steps
If you want to reset a user's MFA due to a user request or any other reason, follow these steps:
- Click on the three dots next to the user's name, and select "Reset MFA" from the options.

- Confirm the action when prompted.

Upon completion of this process, users will need to reconfigure their TOTP client.
