New Features

AI Assistance Control

Organization Administrators can now enable or disable AI assistance within the Portal. This option is designed for customers that have restrictions on interacting with AI-powered services.
  • When enabled, the AI Assistant continues to provide automated guidance and suggest relevant knowledge base articles.
  • When disabled, all support requests are routed directly to OPSWAT Support agents.

This setting applies to all users within the organization and its sub-organizations.

Changes apply on the user’s next login.

To configure: Go to My Organization → Security → AI Assistance, then toggle AI Assistance On or Off.
