Sign in

To log in to your account:

  1. Go to My OPSWAT Portal and enter your email address.
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Start using our features.

SSO Behavior (When Enabled)

When SSO is enabled for your organization, the login flow works as follows:

  1. Go to My OPSWAT Portal and enter your email address.
  2. If SSO is enabled, you are automatically redirected to your configured Identity Provider (e.g., Microsoft Entra or Okta) for authentication.
  3. Upon successful authentication, the user is redirected back to My OPSWAT Portal.

To change your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the account's email address and select Submit

A new activation link is sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Note If you do not receive the password reset email, please follow the instructions in this document to resolve the issue.

To go back to an expired session:

When your My OPSWAT Portal session ends, the Session Timeout message shows.

To go back to your session, click Sign in and enter your password.
