Toolkit Fails to detect or interact with Drives
Issue:
Drives were inserted but the Toolkit cannot see some of them. Subsequently, Drive Toolkit fails to Install/Activate/Update Engines or performance any interactions with the Drives.

Root cause:
It's likely that another process is contending for resources during the disk I/O operations, leading to a potential race condition. The conflict could be caused by an antivirus program, a policy restricting USB device usage, or a competing network file system mounting service.
Here is an example that is showing how a network mapping service can lead to a conflict condition:
The disks with letters E and F are actually being used and assigned by a SSHFS mounting service, while they are being seen as E and F (still) in Windows' Disk Management.

Here is another example when Disk Manager is opening and manipulating MetaDefender Drives. This will prevent Drive Toolkit from detecting MetaDefender Drives and from working properly:

Solutions:
- Find the processes that is also interfering USB devices and considerably terminate them then try again with Tookit
- Eject then re-insert the Drive then try again with Tookit

If all of above suggestions do not work, please get the log and send OPSWAT
