Creating a Release Request

When a user tries to download a file that has been marked as malicious by the Cloud Security for Salesforce app, they will encounter the message below:

The user can simply click on the "Release Request" link in the message to request their admin to release the file to them. After they click on the "Release Request" link, they will be prompted with the screen below to type a message to the admin and submit the release request:
