Overview
Add Malware Scanner Pro to your endpoint security access policy to enable fast multi-scanning using four anti-malware engines (ClamWin, ESET, Norman, and QuickHeal) simultaneously! Built using MetaDefender for Secure Access (MD4SA), Malware Scanner quickly scans endpoints' running processes and memory for threats.
Citrix Access Gateway, Juniper Host Checker and F5 FirePass users may also easily add Malware Scanner into their solutions through an easy to implement plug in. For more info on these plugins, please check out the MD4SA articles in our knowledge base or contact sales@opswat.com.

Malware Scanner is available as a free download for you to demo on your computer. Please click on the links below for a quick multi-scan of your machine's running processes and memory using four anti-malware engines in only seconds.
Why Multi-scanning?
No single anti-malware solution is perfect. By using multiple engines we are able to offer a higher level of confidence that you are secure against malicious software running on endpoints. An example of the benefits of multi-scanning is shown below, where nine key logger programs were ran against 10 anti-malware engines individually*. No single engine was able to detect all threats, and even some of the better known engines returned poor results. As shown in the MD4SA column though, using a multi-scanning solution enabled detection of every threat presented.
*Keylogger samples were found via Google search for “download free key logger” and uploaded to metascan-online.com on August 4th. All scanning was performed on August 5th, with all noted engines using the latest virus definitions available.
Hosting Options:
Malware Scanner Free is available as a hosted cloud service. By upgrading to Malware Scanner Pro, you are also able to host using your own server(s).
