Benny Czarny is the founder and CEO of OPSWAT, a leading cybersecurity firm with over 1,800 customers, 500 employees, and 11 offices worldwide. Founded with a personal investment in 2002 to offer a unique, market-driven approach to security application design and development, OPSWAT has been breaking new ground in the field of cybersecurity for more than 15 years. Benny has over 20 years of experience in successfully identifying market needs and building, marketing, and selling innovative cloud-based security products and solutions. From the early days of computer viruses, he was interested and involved in the fields of encryption, network operations, and security vulnerability detection and research. Prior to founding OPSWAT, Benny held technical leadership positions at NetManage, Netect and BindView. Benny earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technion-Machon Technologi Le'Israel.

Yiyi Miao joined OPSWAT in 2009 as a Software Engineer in the company's Research & Development Engineering Team. Yiyi started managing the Product Engineering and Product Management teams in 2017 and is responsible for the overall product design, engineering, and delivery processes. Yiyi earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Shanghai University in China and a Master's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

George Prichici is the VP of Products at OPSWAT, leading the Application Security PLU. George’s background in technology spans over 15 years, in both product management and software engineering leadership positions. He’s a certified cloud solution architect and his focus and interest is in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning.

Jan Miller is a computer scientist, serial entrepreneur and CTO of Threat Analysis at OPSWAT. He is the founder and leading developer of multiple cybersecurity startups, all focusing on developing cutting-edge automated malware analysis systems, both static and dynamic. Occasionally, he gets his hands dirty with reverse engineering malware, but mostly he is passionate about creating innovative security products at an enterprise-grade scope. He believes active engagement and feedback loops with the wider IT-sec community are pre-requisite for consistent innovation. This is what drove him to create the open platforms "Hybrid Analysis" and Filescan.IO, which OPSWAT acquired in 2022. Prior to founding Filescan, Jan led the Android sandbox and HCA technology at Joe Security, was the founder and technical lead of Payload Security (kernel-based sandboxing), as well as lead the post-acquisition integration and R&D of Falcon Sandbox at CrowdStrike.

Chris Gray brings over 20 years of technology and cybersecurity sales expertise to his role as the the Americas VP of Sales for OPSWAT. Currently, he oversees the company's planning, implementation, and performance of sales and go-to-market strategies in the Americas region. Previously, Chris spearheaded sales initiatives as the Director of Sales at Symantec, VP of Sales at Forcepoint, and currently as a Strategic Advisor for TheFence and Doppel.

Joe Edwards is the VP of Global Sales Engineering for OPSWAT, where he oversees the pre-sales engineering team activities across the world. Joe brings 25 years of management, consulting, and creative problem-solving experience to customers looking for trusted network and cybersecurity advice. Prior to joining OPSWAT, Joe served for 10 years as Founder/CEO at e-velocity technical consulting. He has also held sales and technical management roles at Cisco, IBM, and Juniper Networks. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Itay Glick at global technology companies based in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Before OPSWAT, he served as AVP of network and cloud security at Allot, and before that, founded his own company and played a key role in managing the development of equipment for the lawful interception market on behalf of Verint Systems. Itay launched his career as a software engineer in an elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces. He holds an M.B.A. from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Tom Mullen joined OPSWAT in 2004 and manages technical partnerships and legal activities for the company. Tom brings expertise in negotiating transactions with and managing on-going programs for vendors, customers, alliance & channel partners as well as acquisition targets. Prior to joining OPSWAT, Tom practiced law and held management positions in sales, marketing and business development at Apple Computer, CNET Networks (now CBS Interactive) and GreenBorder Technologies (now Google). Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Eric Knapp is CTO of OT at OPSWAT and focuses on the organization’s industrial product engineering, product marketing and cybersecurity strategy. He previously served as Chief Engineer and Fellow at Honeywell Industrial Cyber Security. He is a recognized expert in industrial control systems cybersecurity, and is the author of “Industrial Network Security,” and co-author of “Applied Cyber Security for Smart Grids.” Eric has over 20 years of experience in Information Security, specializing in industrial automation, security analytics, and risk management in both enterprise and industrial networks. He has held leadership positions at NitroSecurity, Intel Security, and Wurldtech, and is active on numerous industry boards and committees.

Mark Toussaint is a Sr. Product Manager at OPSWAT managing the NetWall product line. Mark joined OPSWAT in 2023, bringing with him a strong cyber security background and a proven history of providing comprehensive cyber security solutions to a wide range of critical infrastructure industries. Mark has a unique ability to take complex technical concepts and transform them into business value-oriented Go-to-Market product strategy. With over 30 years of experience at high tech and B2B companies, ranging from start-ups to large multi-nationals, he is now focused on accelerating the launch and market acceptance of the NetWall product line for OPSWAT. Prior to joining OPSWAT, Mark held Senior Product Management roles at Owl Cyber Defense, Bell & Howell and Pitney Bowes. Based in Connecticut, Mark holds a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of New Haven.

Dan Lanir joined OPSWAT as Director of Professional Services and Support in early 2012. Dan is responsible for developing and growing the company's global-class technical support and professional services business. Prior to joining OPSWAT, Dan worked at Oracle for 19 years, where he held leadership positions in both services and support with responsibilities that included running complex multi-location software deployment projects, directing global support desks, and managing domestic and international customer relationships. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Engineering.
