My OPSWAT - Central Management is a component of My OPSWAT that allows customers to manage multiple OPSWAT products remotely, improve data flows visibility, and provide better reports for each product and entire account. It also provides critical information like product instance health, license, and connection status, report history, license, and audit trails.
Enhancements
Improved product instance list exportExported product instance list now also includes the search query and filters used at the time of export.
Improved a process to manage product configuration versions.

Previously, when a product instance synchronized its configuration back to My OPSWAT, its configuration version would be reset to 0.0.0.

With the enhancement, the product configuration version will remain unchanged but will be marked as Custom by the product instance (indicated with an asterisk, such as 1.0.1*)

Performance improvementOptimized processing product reports to improve the system efficiency and handle more product reports.
Improved user experience and interfaceThe user interface and experience have been improved for better readability and usability.
Bugs Fixed
In Event Log, configuration synchronization events for certain product types were missing.Fix the event logging function for product types that do not require a license such as MetaDefender Media Firewall.
In Processing History, the exported .csv file contained different result filters than those that were selected on the user interface.Fixed an issue where filters were not applied correctly to the export process.
In Processing History, the time range of 1 day (i.e, 1/1/2025 to 1/1/2025) could not be selected.Users can now select 1 day timeframe in the Custom timeframe.
When the server is under high load of product reports, the Security dashboard reported an "Unknown" error.Security dashboard is now loaded correctly with the high load of the product reports
After applying a product group configuration to an instance that already had the same configuration, that instance's configuration status was stuck in "Pending".An instance's configuration status is set as Applied if a user applies the same group configuration to the instance
Known Limitations
When configuring a MetaDefender Kiosk K-Series instance through My OPSWAT, searching for users only returns results from 1 local Active Directory even if multiple are available.User search currently only returns results from the first reachable local Active Directory.
