My OPSWAT - Central Management is a component of My OPSWAT that allows customers to manage multiple OPSWAT products remotely, improve data flows visibility, and provide better reports for each product and entire account. It also provides critical information like product instance health, license, and connection status, report history, license, and audit trails.
Enhancements
Email notifications

Administrators can now configure My OPSWAT to send email notifications based on triggers:

  • Risks detected by product instances
  • Product instance's health status
  • Product instance's free storage status
  • My OPSWAT On-premises' free storage status

Enhanced REST APIs

Added a new API /v1/mdcore/process-history-files/search to retrieve MetaDefender Core's processing history.

Added a new API v1/mdcore/updateModuleSource to update MetaDefender Core's module update settings.

Added a new API v1/kiosks/scan-reports/search to retrieve scan sessions from MetaDefender Kiosk

Added a new groupBy option to the processing overview for MetaDefender Core and MetaDefender Kiosk APIs to group the results by instances

The processing history of MetaDefender Core now returns a new key clients to track who and where the file was uploaded to scan and transferred to.

The processing overview APIs now returns a new key "instance" to identify which product instance that a scan record originates from.

Known Limitations
When configuring a MetaDefender Kiosk K-Series instance through My OPSWAT, searching for users only returns results from 1 local Active Directory even if multiple are available.User search currently only returns results from the first reachable local Active Directory.
