Processing History
Processing History is a page, where only users with specific roles can see files that has been uploaded to Vault.
Hide / Show Columns
To toggle the visibility of a column, simply click the icon located in the last column and choose which column you'd like to show or hide.
Sorting
In the Processing History, you have the ability to arrange the fields by clicking on their respective column headers. Currently, we support the following fields:
- File Name
- Expiration Date
- Upload Date
- File Size
Filtering
The available filters can be access with clicking on the Advanced button. When there is an active filter, you can simply remove it by clicking on the "X" button.
Supported filters:
- State: a filter for whether a file was Allowed or Blocked
- Result: apply a filter for MetaDefender Core's file scanning result
- Date and Time: narrow down the processing history list with either predefined time intervals or with a custom one based on the time the file was uploaded

Exporting history
In the context of processing history, an export feature is available in CSV format. This export functionality provides the capability to filter records exclusively by upload time, offering users the choice between predefined intervals or custom timeframes. It's important to note that all available columns are included in the export, and localization is applied where applicable.
Applied filters or selected columns at the Processing History page does not an effect on Processing History Export.
