Custom Workflow rule for Local Users

Overview

If you want to apply a separate MetaDefender Core Workflow rule to specific user(s), you can do that under Local Users menu item. You can either add a new rule to a single user via Add User or Edit User button, or by selecting many users and do it in a single action.

The selected workflow must be available on all enabled MetaDefender Core instances in order to successfully configure it for a user.

Custom Workflow applies to Local User. Guests and External users do not inherit the Workflow assigned to their creators, but rather use the default Workflow.

Single user

You are able either to create a new user with a custom Workflow rule or edit an already existing user's Workflow. In order to do it, you have to open one of the Create new user or the Edit user modal. On the modal, you can edit Workflow if you disable the Use Global Workflow Setting flag.
