Sometimes, the scan resulted with POTENTITIAL THREATS FOUND but there is nothing under Potential Infection, Potential Vulnerabilities, Sensitive Data, Data Integrity or Country of Origin.
Instead, under Skipped Files tab there are some items.
In these cases, clicking the item will open up a detail with explanation why files are skipped.
And following are some reasons for files being skipped:
Very often, the reason is because of the size of scanned files are exceed the settings. Please refer to "Exceed Maximum Size Permission" to modify this setting properly.
