What do I do if my device limit does not match my license purchased?
This article applies to the current MetaDefender IT Access Console and all MetaDefender Endpoint releases deployed on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS systems.
Should you find that the device limit displayed in MetaDefender IT Access Console>Settings>Global, as illustrated below, does not correspond to your newly purchased device-limit increase, please follow the instructions below.

- Log out of the MetaDefender IT Access Console.
- Log back into the MetaDefender IT Access Console.
With the MetaDefender IT Access Console refreshed, you should now see an updated, true reflection of your device limit under MetaDefender IT Access Console>Settings>Global.
