Assigning Webhooks and Webhook Groups

Administrators can assign webhook groups to all devices or to select devices. To learn more about creating webhooks and the webhook integration, please click here.

Assign Webhooks to Notification Groups

To assign webhooks to notification groups, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notification Groups.
  2. Select the notification group you wish to assign the webhook(s) to.
  3. Select +Assign Webhook and a pop up window will appear with available webhooks to assign. Select the desired webhooks.
  4. Once completed, select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Assign Webhook Groups to Device Groups

To assign webhook groups to select device groups, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Device Groups > select your desired device group > Webhooks.
  2. Toggle on Webhooks to activate the notifications.
  3. Select +Assign Webhook Group and assign your desired webhook group.
  4. Select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Assign Webhook Groups Globally

To assign webhook groups globally, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Global > Notifications.
  2. Select +Assign Group and assign your desired webhook group.
  3. Select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Note: If you wish to remove any assigned webhook groups, simply select the trash icon in the row of the group you wish to delete. You will be required to confirm this action with your PIN.
