Webhook

Administrators are able to create webhooks and sort into groups based on triggered events. To setup your webhook integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhook Integration.

Create New Webhook

To create a new webhook, administrators can use the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhook Integration.
2. Select the Webhooks tab and click on Create New button on the right hand side.
3. Fill in the required fields for your webhook, enter your PIN, and select Save.

Create New Webhook Group

To create a new webhook group, administrators can use the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhook Integration.
2. Select the Groups tab and click on Create New Group button on the right hand side.
3. Fill in the required fields. Note: You must assign as least one webhook to a group and at least one event to trigger the API call.
4. Enter your PIN, and select Save.

Updating Webhooks

Administrators are able to activate/deactivate webhooks and update the webhook fields. To do so:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhook Integration.
2. Select the Webhooks tab.
3. To update webhook fields: click on the desired webhook. This will open a pop up window on the screen and allow you to update the fields. Confirm with your PIN, and select Save.
4. To activate/deactivate: toggle on/off the active switch. When a webhook is deactivated, it will be labeled as Inactive, and when active, it will be labeled as Active.

Updating Webhook Groups

Administrators can update their webhook group fields at any time. To do so:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhook Integration.
2. Select the Groups tab.
3. Click on the desired webhook and update the desired fields.
4. Confirm with your PIN, and select Save.

Deleting Webhooks and Webhook Groups

To delete any webhooks and webhook groups, simply click on the trash icon next to what you wish to remove. You will be required to enter your PIN to confirm the action.

Note: If you attempt to remove a webhook that is assigned to a webhook group, you will receive an error . You must unassign the webhooks you wish to remove before attempting to delete them.

Assign Webhooks to Notification Groups

To assign webhooks to notification groups, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Notification Groups.
2. Select the notification group you wish to assign the webhook(s) to.
3. Select +Assign Webhook and a pop up window will appear with available webhooks to assign. Select the desired webhooks.
4. Once completed, select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Assign Webhook Groups to Device Groups

To assign webhook groups to select device groups, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Inventory > Device Groups > select your desired device group > Webhooks.
2. Toggle on Webhooks to activate the notifications.
3. Select +Assign Webhook Group and assign your desired webhook group.
4. Select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Assign Webhook Groups Globally

To assign webhook groups globally, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Global > Notifications.
2. Select +Assign Group and assign your desired webhook group.
3. Select Save and confirm with your PIN.

Note: If you wish to remove any assigned webhook groups, simply select the trash icon in the row of the group you wish to delete. You will be required to confirm this action with your PIN.
