Itay Glick

GM Hardware and OT Security

Itay Glick is a global technology executive with leadership experience across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He currently serves as GM of Hardware and OT Security at OPSWAT.

Before OPSWAT, he was Vice President of Product at Allot (NASDAQ: ALLT), leading the development of advanced cybersecurity solutions for global service providers. Earlier, he was Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Services at Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL), where he helped protect Fortune 100 enterprises and private data clouds.

He also founded a pioneering cybersecurity company that was later acquired by Menlo Security, and played a key role at Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) in developing lawful interception technologies. Itay began his career as an Engineering Group Manager in an elite intelligence unit, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of security and innovation.

He holds an MBA, a b.sc . in Electrical Engineering, and the CISSP and CEH cybersecurity certifications.
