Stephen brings expertise in delivering secure, scalable IT and cybersecurity solutions for highly regulated industries. A CISSP and former CISO, his career includes designing and deploying infrastructure and leading large-scale IT support teams focused on risk mitigation, compliance, and operational resilience. His experience in the U.S. military, including over 28 years of service and current role as a Cyber Warfare Officer in the Florida Army National Guard, further strengthens his strategic understanding of cyber threats and defense capabilities. As General Manager of OPSWAT Federal, Stephen leads the company's federal market strategy, with a focus on critical infrastructure protection and zero trust adoption.

Before joining OPSWAT, Stephen was dual-hatted as President of Compucom Federal and Vice President of Cyber Security & Infrastructure Capabilities, where he oversaw all of Compucom’s Federal business and the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and infrastructure service offerings tailored to large-enterprise clients. He also served as Vice President of Services at Extensys, Inc., managing cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services businesses with a focus on regulatory compliance, data protection, and service reliability. Stephen holds a B.S. in Electronics from Southern Illinois University and an M.S. in Information Studies from Florida State University.
