Reports & Notifications

You can set up email notifications in OPSWAT Central Management to receive alerts or reports when specific events occur. Notifications are available in either HTML or JSON format.

To enable notifications for Account Events or MetaDefender Endpoint events:

  1. Log in to the OPSWAT Central Management console.
  2. Go to Settings > Reports & Notifications.
  3. Select the Email Notification tab
  4. Enter the email addresses where notifications should be sent.
  5. Select the event triggers you want to monitor.

To receive summary reports for MetaDefender Endpoint and MetaDefender Kiosk:

  1. Log in to the OPSWAT Central Management console.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Reports & Notifications.
  3. Click on the Email Reports tab.
  4. Enter the email addresses where you want the reports delivered.
  5. Choose the desired report frequency.
