Upload Large Files

My OPSWAT provides the ability to upload large files (such as products' log files or support packages for troubleshooting) and share them with OPSWAT’s Support Team.

To access this function, open the dropdown menu located next to your account name in the top-right corner, then click Upload Large File.

In the Submit Large File dialog, select the files you wish to upload via drag-and-drop or via clicking to open the file browser.

Click Upload Files to confirm your selection and start the upload process.

Once the upload process completes, a notification will appear in the footer section of the console to let you know if the upload is successful or failed. Click Copy Link to get a download link.
