New "False Detection Submissions" Cases Tab | Following the automated workflow of creating a support case whenever a new false detection report is created, we have now added a new False Detection Submission tab to Support page that lists all false detection cases. Users can now view real-time case statuses directly from the Support dashboard, providing better visibility and control. |
Expanded Support Contacts | For organizations with a Technical Account Manager (TAM) license, assigned TAM details are now displayed under the Your OPSWAT Team section.
