Why can't I see my organization cases on My OPSWAT portal?

If you are unable to see your “Organization cases” tab on My OPSWAT Portal Support page, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Possible Reasons:

  1. You may not have been added to any organization in the Portal.
  2. You may have selected the incorrect organization if you are associated with multiple organizations.
  3. You are a part of an Organization, but you don’t have permission to view Organization Case

Steps to Resolve:

1. If You Haven't Been Added to Any Organization

  • Contact OPSWAT Support for assistance.
  • Have your purchased license details ready to expedite the process

2. If You Are in the Incorrect Organization

Ensure you are in a valid organization and you are an authorized user of that organization:

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Switch Organization".
  • Choose your valid organization
  • Go back to the Support page and check if your organization case is now visible.

3. Ensure that Extended case view is enabled:

  • Ask your organization’s admin to navigate to Support, click on the Extended Case View logo, and switch the toggle ON next to your name.
  • Reload the page to see if Organization case tab is visible
