Preferences

In the Preference tab, user can configure the following information:

Email Subscriptions

This section is available for OPSWAT customers (who have OPSWAT product licenses) and users who use working email (e.g., not freemail or Gmail). Users can opt in to receive:

  • OPSWAT Updates
  • Cybersecurity Blog
  • Company Activity Newsletter
  • OPSWAT Academy - Newsletter
  • Product Releases: Users can either select 2 options below to be notified via email when OPSWAT products release new versions.
    • Only products for which you hold licenses: The products the user has licenses are displayed at Licensed Products > Evaluation and Purchased tab. (The list of products will be counted on all Organizations that user belongs).
    • Customize options: user can manually add the products they want to receive Product Releases email notifications.

"Product Release > Only products for which you hold licenses" option is available for users who have licenses only. If not, this option will be disabled as default

The default value for Product Releases is Customize option and all products are added for:

New users who opted in "Yes, I would like to receive email communications from OPSWAT." option on the registered page.

Old users who opted in Product Releases option but don't have license before My OPSWAT Portal enhanced this function in version 2024.2.10

Interested topic

Users can select topics they are interested to displayed under Product Updates section on Home page.

My OPSWAT AI Cyber Adviser

The user can enable/disable AI Cyber Adviser to quick search for OPSWAT product info on the Product Details page.

My OPSWAT AI Cyber Advisor helps resolve any questions you may have about OPSWAT Products. Highlight any text sections you are curious about and AI Cyber Advisor will suggest frequently asked questions and answers relevant to your text selection.

Users can activate/deactivate access to some OPSWAT products by this option
