How to change my personal information on My OPSWAT Portal?

The personal information that you can ask to change in MyOPSWAT are your email, your name, your addresses (city, country), postal code, title, company, phone number, Time Zone by submitting the DSR (Data Subject Request) form https://www.opswat.com/legal/data-subject-request-formhttps://www.opswat.com/legal/data-subject-request-. With this form you can change, delete, access, restrict processing your personal data held by OPSWAT. After you submit the form, a confirmation email will be sent to you via the email that you provided. Please confirm your submission of the DSR form by clicking a link in the body of the email within 5 days of the DSR submission date.

• The types of requests are as follows:
  • Delete My Data: Deletion of your personal data. You can also ask to delete your MyOPSWAT account
  • Correct My Data: Correction of your personal data
  • Access My Data: Request for a copy of your personal data
  • Restrict the Use of My Data: Request to stop processing your personal data. If receives this request, OPSWAT will delete your data.
  • Other: other requests based on applicable laws. Currently applicable data protection laws providing DSR rights include, but are not limited to:
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”);
  • The UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR as saved into UK law by virtue of Section 3 of the UK’s European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018);
