Licensed Products
The Licensed Products page lists all the product licenses owned by the organization that the current user session belongs to. To navigate to this page, select Licensed Products in the left navigation menu.
The product licensed are divided into 3 categories:
- Evaluated Licenses: Temporary licenses that are used for evaluating a product.
- Purchased Licenses: Licenses for on-premises products that have been purchased by the user account.
- Cloud-based Product Licenses: Licenses for cloud-based products that have been purchased by the user account.
Evaluated Licenses and Purchased Licenses
Both Evaluated Licenses and Purchased Licenses have a similar management interface.

The licenses are listed according to their corresponding OPSWAT Product type.
- Product: The name of the OPSWAT Product.
- License Key: The license keys associated with the OPSWAT Product.
- Status: The status of the license, either Active, Expiring or Expired.
- License Expiration: The expiration date of the license.
- Deployed/Purchased: The number of deployed product instances and the instance limit purchased for the license.
- No. Deployment IDs: The number of deployment IDs associated with the license. A deployment ID is the unique identifier associated with a product instance.
The following actions are available in the meatball menu:
- Activate License: Activate a new license for the selected product. Please refer to Activate License.
- See full License History: View the full license history. By default, Expired licenses are not displayed.
- Edit note: Edit the note attached to the license.
- Download CSV Report: Download a CSV report containing more detailed information on the license.
- Download: Open the Download Dialog for the selected product.
Cloud-based Product Licenses
The Cloud-based Product Licenses page display all the cloud-based product licenses associated with your user account.
Please note that if your user account does not belong to any organizations, this page only displays any cloud-based product licenses that belong to your user account specifically.
You can view the limitations associated with your licenses when interacting with the cloud services, such as the number of specific API requests per day.
