Updating MetaDefender Managed File Transfer

Backup Before Updating

Operating system (OS) Scenarios:

Storing MetaDefender Managed File Transfer user uploaded files in a separate storage drive or remote storage is optional. Consider the additional storage requirements and time constraints associated with the data transfer process.

Updating to the Newer Version

After backing up all necessary components, you can update to the latest or a newer version. Follow the steps described in Installing MetaDefender Managed File Transfer Using the Install Wizard to update the product.
