Updating MetaDefender Managed File Transfer
Backup Before Updating
Operating system (OS) Scenarios:

User Uploaded Files Scenarios (Optional):
Please be informed that storing MetaDefender Managed File Transfer user uploaded files in a separate storage drive or remote storage is optional. This choice should be made considering the additional storage requirements and time constraints associated with the data transfer process

Updating to the newer version
Now that you have backed up all necessary components, its time to perform an update to the latest version or a newer version. For this, please follow the steps described in Installing MetaDefender Managed File Transfer Using the Install Wizard in order to update the product.
