- You can restore administrator access by enabling a local administrator with the UpdateCredentials tool. See Using the UpdateCredentials tool to change the username, email, enabled status or password for local administrator users.
- Fix or reconfigure 3rd party authentication
You must still know the username and password for the local administrator you wish to enable using the UpdateCredentials tool.
The last local administrator cannot be deleted, but it can be disabled.
