The dashboard provides an overview of MetaDefender™ Cloud Email Security performance, threat prevention, and system activity.

Filtering Options

  • Time Range: Narrows down events by time range.

Detection & Prevention

Advanced Threat Prevention

  • Threats Prevented: Displays the number of threats successfully blocked.
  • Files processed: Shows the number of files analyzed.
  • Top Threats Detected: A visual chart of the most common names for top threats.
  • AV engines: List of Anti-Virus engines used for scanning, including number of scans performed and threats detected.

Zero-Day Malware Prevention

  • Emails Sanitized: Number of sanitized emails.
  • Files Sanitized: Number of sanitized files.
  • Top Sanitized File Types: Displays a file type breakdown (e.g., Hypertext Markup Language, Adobe Portable Document Format).

License Information

  • License Expiration Countdown: Indicates days, hours, minutes, and seconds left.
  • Upgrade Button: Prompts the user to upgrade the license for extended features.
  • License Validity: Lists the license expiration date.

Overview

Email Processing

  • Processed Emails: Total number of emails processed.
  • Processing Latency: Average processing time.
  • Allowed, Blocked, Sanitized: Bar indicators show distribution.

Integrations

  • Total Integrations: Number of configured integrations.
  • Email Flow Type: Breakdown of types into Inbound, Outbound, and Internal traffic.

Events

  • Total Events: Number of incidents logged.

  • Event Statuses:

    • Investigating
    • Quarantined
    • Delivered
    • Deleted
    • Released
    • Failed to deliver
    • Closed without action

  • View All Events: Click the "View All Events" button for a full list.

Clicking a status will take you directly to the Events List with the corresponding filter already applied.

Traffic Overview

A line chart showing:

  • Blocked, Sanitized, Allowed emails over time.
  • X-axis: Time
  • Y-axis: Email volume

This chart helps identify traffic spikes or periods of high activity.

Verdicts Overview

A line chart showing distribution of detection verdicts:

  • Malicious
  • Suspicious
  • Unsupported File Type
  • Encrypted Content
  • Failure to Sanitize
  • Failure to Analyze
  • Skipped

This chart is useful for monitoring what types of threats or analysis issues are most common.

Top Blocked Senders and Recipients

By Email/Domain

  • Displays blocked senders/recipients and how often they were blocked.

Latest Activity

Details of recent events include:

  • Time of Event
  • Details (e.g., sender, email subject)
  • Verdict (e.g., Malicious)

Events are listed in reverse chronological order with a "View Events/Quarantine" button for full list.
