Support package is accessible under Settings > Support Package.
Support package is used for analysis when user have any problems with the system.
It contains application logs and operation system logs.
Additionally, if user want to export all database, they can check on Exporting database option when create support package.
Note: Please make sure USB is already plugged in the AIO machine.
