The Position:

The Sales Enablement Role leads the strategy and execution of the OPSWAT onboarding, training, and enablement programs. This role will be responsible for leading sales enablement initiatives including sales training, sales talent management and internal functional communications. This role will also work collaboratively and effectively with sales, marketing, and product leadership to develop and leverage organization wide processes, practices, and capabilities to accelerate growth.        

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own sales enablement initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals.
  • Create highly customized, ‘sales-consumable’ tools and materials to enable the sales org and partner community.
  • Working closely with sales leadership establishes a sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies. Prioritizes training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles.
  • Onboard sales new hires and manage the new hire training program; implement a comprehensive 30-60-90-day onboarding program.
  • Update sales new hire training curriculum (includes content, collateral, sales process modules, MEDDICC and/or MEDDPICC).
  • Own and manage the LMS for all onboarding and training activities.
  • Build, organize, and sometimes lead trainings for the ongoing education of the sales organization.
  • Maintain the sales content library in Allbound and Confluence and Customer Portal for accessible tools, collateral, etc.
  • Assist in the design and project management of the annual Sales Kickoff.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. Recommends changes and enhancements to the company's CRM technology platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Five years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
  • Ability to partner with sales to understand customer requirements.
  • Knowledge that the OPSWAT products are solutions and with your expertise you will be working with customers to prove that our solution can address technical and or business problems that they may be looking to solve and/or perhaps some they are not aware of yet.
  • Experience leading and championing projects.
  • Managed multiple projects and deals under tight timelines.
  • Cultivated strong trusting customer relationships at executive levels.
