The Position

OPSWAT is seeking an entry level HR Coordinator looking to launch their career as a human resources professional.

You will support the HR department by performing a wide variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to strengthen the HR Department from an administrative view with a focus on scheduling, data entry, documentation, and internal HR systems. This is a great opportunity for a candidate early in their career to join a growing tech company. 

 What You Will Be Doing

  • Help to organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training
  • Organizing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support for HR team, including Director of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams
  • Managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, and PTO 
  • Maintaining schedule and coordinating calendar activities related to calendar activities related to meetings and interviews
  • Other administrative functions as requested

 What We Need From You

  • 1-2 years as an HR Coordinator or other relevant role
  • Knowledge of HR software
  • Strong experience with full MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, instant messaging, and in person

 It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Experience with a technology or software company
  • Experience in a fast paced, startup environment
