With this increased demand and a recent investment of $125M, we are experiencing hyper-growth and are searching for a Global HR Compliance and Training leader to strengthen our management team. The Director of Global HR Compliance and Training will collaborate with the legal department to create, enforce, and provide guidance on all compliance matters. You will also champion global onboarding policies and procedures, draft policies to facilitate a better compliance stance, and prepare and deliver compliance-based communications and training to all team members. This is an opportunity for an HR leader to make an impact by implementing best practices as a business partner in one of the fastest growing industries in the technology sector.

 What You Will Be Doing:

  • Staying up to date on all general labor law compliance and issues.
  • Partnering with legal to thoroughly understand compliance laws and providing adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws.
  • Enforcing and providing guidance on all compliance matters.
  • Standardizing global onboarding policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated requirements with every applicable HR-based regulatory and legal and compliance training programs.
  • Researching changes in rules and regulations, analyzing their effect on the company, and communicating findings report to executive team.
  • Draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company.
  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training to employees.
  • Conduct employee-related investigations as directed by the stakeholders.
  • Handling sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner.
  • Partner with country HR leaders to ensure global compliance.
  • Designing and directing training programs.

What We Need From You:

  • 5 – 10 years leading global HR teams.
  • Proven track record of global experience, strategic programs, & experience in the technology sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional team. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with remote teams across diverse cultures.
