The OESIS Framework is a cross-platform, versatile and modular framework that enables software engineers and technology vendors to build advanced endpoint security products.

The OESIS Customer Success Engineer is responsible for helping our customers achieve their desired outcomes by helping them  overcome the challenges they encounter when using our OESIS product  and achieve specific goals they are struggling to achieve on their own.

The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate very closely with several departments, including OESIS engineering and Product team.

What will you be doing: 

  • Manage and resolve customer issues
  • Review queue of open tickets and ensure each ticket is being handled appropriately and promptly
  • Make use of the LUA scripting language to enhance the OESIS SDK supported products coverage

  • Debug and fix bugs reported by the customers
  • Reverse engineer products from the antivirus, firewall, patch management categories to enhance the OESIS SDK functionalities
  • Partner with the Access Control Certification team to enhance the list of certified OPSWAT applications
  • Maintain strong customer relations

  

What We Need From You:

  • Fluency in English 
  • Ability to work independently as well as having good team skills- be a pro-active contributor to our team
  • A client orientated attitude
  • University degree (preferably Computer Science, Informatics or related subjects);
  • Knowledge of C/C++ programming skills;
  • Strong team orientation;
  • Desire to learn and grow;

  

It Would Be Nice If You Had:

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Squirrel and Lua;
  • Experience in white-box testing;
  • Experience in developing Windows applications;
  • Experience in Git and Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or newer;
  • Deep knowledge in Windows OS foundation (Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / Server 2008 / Server 2012), macOS or Linux;
