Summary

VP of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of demand generation, web and digital marketing programs for OPSWAT’s B2B cybersecurity business. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this person will play a key leadership role to help the company grow and achieve its business objectives. The candidate must be motivated, take initiative, be a team player, and be able to scale in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an effective demand generation plan using integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize, monitor and manage demand generation process to achieve best-in-class lead conversions, from awareness to Suspect to MQL to Opportunity
  • Manage demand generation and digital marketing budget to optimize resource allocation
  • Working with product marketing, become an expert on our target audience, messages that appeal to them and the company’s tone: know what buyers care about, how they buy, and their buying criteria
  • Partner with Sales Development, Sales and Channel teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution
  • Manage, develop and mentor marketing team members to meet ambitious growth goals
  • Manage, measure and optimize external vendor relationships
  • Manage marketing automation and build an effective MarTech stack
  • Measure, report and present to senior management the effectiveness of marketing programs and operations
  • Lead development and management of the company website, including SEO and content performance
  • Manage all digital advertising programs, including paid search and display advertising

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years B2B marketing experience in technology with at least 5 years of building and managing demand generation and digital marketing programs
  • Proven track record of collaboration with sales teams to drive results
  • Experience in evaluating, selecting and managing outside vendors that contribute to marketing programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, work with Executive leaders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mind with the ability to troubleshoot and evaluate data
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Previous Security industry experience a plus
  • MarTech and ABM experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
