We are looking for a product marketing leader to help build and execute marketing plans to drive sales for one of our key solutions – Secure Access. Secure Access is a fast-growing market that protects companies from increased malware threats tied to BYOD, IoT, and other device access trends. OPSWAT has a comprehensive offering backed by industry leading technology and is in a great position to rapidly expand our market share. This position reports to the CMO and will work closely with our Secure Access Management Team, Product Managers, Demand Gen / Digital Marketing team, and Sales team.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Develop and Manage Go To Market (GTM) Programs

Develop and manage a GTM plan to drive awareness, leads, and sales for your assigned products. This includes both new product launches (NPI) and existing products. You will work with PMs, Sales, and Demand Generation teams. GTM programs include:

  • Messaging / Positioning – value proposition, buyer persona, battle cards
  • Sales / Channel Enablement Tools – datasheets, videos, presos, case studies, training
  • Thought Leadership / Demand Gen Content – website, blog, social media, eBooks, white papers, solutions briefs
  • Lead Generation Campaigns - advertising programs, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, SEO content, etc.
  • Market Intelligence – competitive analysis; win / loss interviews
  • Program Management – manage other marketing programs which support cross team initiatives

 2. Lead New Product Development Research

 Work with Product Management team to research and identify new market opportunities - including new products and feature enhancements.

  •  Conduct market research and customer interviews
  • Develop a business plan to help make go / no go investment decisions
  • Work with Business Development and Product Management on partner selection / management and writing / reviewing user stories

What We Need From You

  •  BA / BS – MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience with a B2B tech company – preferably SaaS
  • 7+ years of experience with Networking, Security, or IT products – experience with NAC, SDP, and Endpoint Compliance markets is bonus
  • Proven success leading launches and ongoing GTM programs for products with over $5M annual sales
  • Experience defining and rolling out differentiated messaging
  • Comfortable both defining marketing strategy and playing an active “hands-on” role implementing marketing programs
  • Extensive experience working on digital marketing programs – PPC, SEO, webinars, email campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills and a large portfolio of white papers, blog posts, case studies, etc. which you authored
  • Experience with Salesforce and other marketing systems – Hubspot experience is a plus
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a passion for making data-based decisions
