Office Assistant

OPSWAT is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our growing talented team at our San Francisco Headquarters. You will report to our Office Manager, helping with operational, administrative, and facilities projects.  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitate excellent first impressions with guests including clients, partners, and job candidates
  • Operate the front desk, company’s main phone line, and front doors
  • Monitor and address office building and facilities upkeep needs 
  • Manage domestic and international mail and shipments  
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Assist Office Manager with tasks and errands as they arise

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or similar role
