Executive Assistant

San Francisco, CA

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to manage administration and facilitate activities, events, and operations for the CEO and other management executives.  This position is a member of the Operations Team and will be dedicated to supporting our CEO and his team of executives.  

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the executive offices
  • Planning and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing travel arrangements and itineraries for business meetings and conferences
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Managing ad hoc projects and conducting research
  • Composing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Working closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff
  • Ability to be on-call around-the-clock, occasionally

What We Need From You:

  • Must have 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience and demonstrated success in managing executive appointments and travel
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional professional decorum
  • Track record of thriving in a dynamic and fast-faced environment
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Outlook

It Would Be Nice If You Had:

  • Prior experience in software and/or network security companies
  • Experience with tradeshows and conferences
  • Experience with companies that have international offices
