Digital Marketing Demand Generation Director

OSPWAT is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Director. You will own execution and management of all multi-channel demand generation programs. Our marketing team is growing and looking for that next person to bring not only a strong action-oriented attitude, but someone who will contribute to the next level of success.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of 4 agencies, and build a digital marketing team to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue within specific product lines.
  • Engage with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and other stakeholders to create Demand Generation programs which drive new leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
  • Develop and ensure effective execution of multi-channel demand generation programs across digital channels, email, web, direct marketing, and events.
  • Partner with a performance marketing agency to continuously optimize our digital programs across SEM, paid social, programmatic display, and content syndication to deliver or exceed profitability and other lead performance objectives.
  • Help define and enhance demand generation analysis, reporting tools, dashboards and analytical techniques.
  • Monitor reports and information to identify trends, issues and challenges, preparing reports for management and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI and other performance goals.
  • Report your results, at both macro and micro level so that we can all see progress against high-level goals, as well as understand the "little improvements" that get us there.

 What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B marketing.
  • Data-driven committed to experimenting until you see measurable results.
  • Analytical and experience implementing processes and configuring tools in order to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling (written, verbal, and visual).
  • Strong project management skills, ability to handle projects end-to-end as well as collaborate effectively.
  • Marketing automation/operations expertise is helpful.

 It Would Be Nice If You Had:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related subject, or commensurate experience.
  • Strong passion for excellence and a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional business presence and acumen.
  • Strong ability to multi-task with a results-oriented mindset.
