These improvements increase Metascan's effectiveness, functionality and deployment capabilities. We strongly encourage all current users to upgrade to version 2.7. This is especially true for people running an iteration of Metascan prior to 2.6.
Beginning June 1, 2010 manual updates for versions 2.4 and earlier will no longer be made available. Since that release important changes have occurred with regards to overall stability. In addition, the product is now significantly faster and more accurate.
