The newest release of the Metascan antivirus SDK adds a significant number of enhancements. These improvements increase Metascan's effectiveness, functionality and deployment capabilities. If you are looking to license a complete scanning solution, look no further than the new, improved Metascan.

Among the many improvements, the product now features:

  • Boot sector scanning
  • Scan result caching
  • Addition of the Quick Heal antivirus engine - Ultra only
  • URL filtering - Ultra only
  • Metascan Remote Client, allowing users to scan files with a remotely deployed Metascan server using a single CLI
