Verdasys, a leader in Enterprise Information Protection software for Global 2000 organizations, today announced that the company's flagship product, Digital Guardian, has received  OPSWAT Gold Certification. With the designation of Gold Data Loss Prevention, OPSWAT has certified that Digital Guardian 6.0 is compatible with leading technology solutions that employ the OESIS Framework, and will be visible on their management consoles.

OPSWAT released their quarterly antivirus market share report today, with an additional section featuring peer-to-peer applications. The report announces the leading antivirus vendors and products in North America and worldwide, as well as Windows operating system usage in North America and worldwide. The peer-to-peer section of the report shows the market share of P2P applications worldwide.
